Brian O’Neill trained initially as a Workplace mediator accredited by the Mediators Institute of Ireland but has specialised in Elder Mediation since 2010. Brian is an internationally accredited Elder Mediator. Brian has attended the World Summit on Elder Mediation in Berne 2011 and Glasgow 2012 where he received his certification in Elder Mediation.
Brian’s background is in business, being the MD of a small successful Irish software company. He has long experience of conflict resolution in the workplace. He became particularly convinced of the value of mediation in families dealing with issues of ageing through personal experience and through the conviction that families facing these issues needed and deserved specialised assistance in developing their own solutions that are both practical and effective.
